Terms and Conditions

 

The Client agrees that any use of the Company’s services, booked by telephone, email,website, will be agreed to our Terms and Conditions. 

 

 

  1. Window cleaning services are weather permitting we do clean in light rain where possible . We do not work in heavy rain and strong wind, as this would be unsafe for us.

  2. We are trained to work safely, please do not ask them to do anything that is unsafe.

  3. When you book our service you require any additional service such as paint removal, frame cleaning.... please inform us as normally your window cleaning service will not cover those extras.

  4. Any kind of abuse will not be tolerated for any reason and will be reported to the police.. If this happens your window cleaning service will be stopped and the fee for the cleaning will still be due.

  5. We only accept cheques, postal orders, bank transfer, cash and paypal.

  6. Invoices must be paid within 30 days for commercial clients

  7. Failure to pay invoices within the stated times above and that continue to be unpaid for more than 60 days will have cleaning suspended. If we then fail to receive monies owed within 72 days we have the right to contact a collection agency to recover the debt. You will be liable for all related charges, collection agency fees and court related fees.

  8. The Client must provide running water where the service takes place.

  9. You can cancel the booking by given notice to be received24 hours prior to the service.

  10. if we are unable to carry out the booked services due to your failure to provide: 24 hours cancellation notice, access to your property or water, you will be charged £20.00 cancellation fee.

  11. The keys are provided they must open all locks without any special efforts or skills.

  12. If the Client needs to change a cleaning day or time, the Company will do its best to accommodate him. Any changes to booked services are subject to a 24 prior notice and availability .

  13. The Client agrees that due to the nature of the service the Company guarantees only to correct any problems reported within reasonable time of the completion of the service. Failure to do so will entitle the Client to nothing.

  14. While the Company operatives make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. For this specific reason, the Company requests all irreplaceable items  be stored away and /or not cleaned by the cleaning operatives. We shall not be responsible for damage due to faulty or accidental.

  15. We will not remove any heavy items if not possible (sofa,bed,wardrope etc...) and you will be asked to remove your personal and valuable items in front of the windows to be cleaned.
